Berngo Safaris Return & Cancellation Policy
At Berngo Safaris, we understand that plans can change. We are committed to providing transparent, fair, and customer-centered return and refund policies while balancing the operational demands of travel planning.
1. Booking Deposits
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, as it is used to secure accommodations, guides, permits, and other logistical arrangements.
2. Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the trip start date. If booking is made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is due at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
No refund available
Note: Some accommodations, flights, or third-party services may have their own non-refundable terms. These are excluded from any refund Berngo Safaris may issue.
4. Changes to Itinerary
You may request changes to your itinerary up to 30 days prior to departure. While we will do our best to accommodate these changes, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Force Majeure / Unforeseen Events
Berngo Safaris is not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or airline cancellations. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule or provide a travel credit, when possible.
6. No-Show or Early Departure
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour if the traveler fails to show up or voluntarily leaves the trip early.
7. Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 21 business days to the original form of payment. Bank transfer and currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the client.
8. Travel Insurance Requirement
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and personal belongings. This ensures peace of mind and financial protection.
9. Third-Party Bookings
If you booked your trip through a third-party platform (e.g., TourHQ, Viator, GetYourGuide), their cancellation policies may override ours. Please refer to their specific terms and conditions.
